OPERATING PROCEDURES DURING CO-VID 19

We want all of our clients to know that here at Eten Catering we are conforming to all current State & County health and safety guidelines during the coronavirus situation.

OUR KITCHEN POLICIES

  • SANITARY WORK ENVIRONMENT:  All staff are fully trained in maintaining a sanitary kitchen and food packing environment.  We have implemented increased sanitation of work stations and increased hand washing procedures.

  • PPE:  Masks & Gloves are worn by all staff at all times when at work

  • STAFF: We are monitoring closely the health of all of our kitchen and delivery staff with daily temperature checking.

OUR DELIVERY POLICIES

  • NO CONTACT DELIVERIES:  Payment is by credit card over the phone.  The delivery driver will text or call when they arrive.  We are operating a “no ring” policy so after communicating by phone we will leave the delivery bags wherever you request.

  • COMMERCIAL VEHICLES: All of our deliveries are made using our commercial vehicles which are always maintained and sanitized to the highest standards.  No personal vehicles are used for food delivery.

  • DISPOSABLE GLOVES:  All of our drivers are wearing disposable gloves and masks.  We will  leave a pair of disposable gloves on top of your delivery bag.

We always pride ourselves in operating a meticulously clean and safe kitchen environment.  You can be certain that during these times, we are working above and beyond these strict standards.
